decent stay with some outdated aspects
spacious room fantastic bathroom excellent view outdated design single outlet temperature control
my room was spacious. the bathroom was fantastic. wifi worked well and the views were excellent. i appreciated the staff members sahra, bugan, ruth and farid. they looked after my room well.
the rooms seemed outdated in design and efficiency. i could hear cars driving from my room. the business desk only had one outlet. the shower temperature control wasn't working well.

Grateful for the Hospitality
supportive staff good food neat environment
I found the staff to be very supportive . The food options were good, and the cleanliness was at its best. The hotel is well maintained. I saw that everything was managed perfectly. I really appreciate the neat environment.
I noticed a minor issue, the air conditioning seemed a bit old, so the air in the room felt stale. I had to open a window to feel refreshed. It was a really small issue. it affected the overall comfort slightly.

My king room featured comfortable beds and necessary amenities. The hotel provided two complimentary water bottles daily. I could request more. A multi-plug socket was convenient, it allowed charging devices without needing an adapter.

I found the staff dealing exemplary. They were always polite. The reception staff greeted guests with smiles, cute. I received courteous service from the room service staff .
Location

I noticed the hotel is near a metro station and a gold souk. This made it easy for transportation and shopping, it was quite convenient. I could easily access various parts of the city.

The hotel restaurant offers a diverse à la carte menu throughout the day. I found the portions large, and the prices reasonable. I could find many choices, like European dishes, Indian food, and Arabian mezze.

Lovely Stay Near the Corniche!
clean room updated equipment great breakfast helpful staff
I was happy with the room. It was very clean. The gym featured up-to-date equipment for my workouts. I was thrilled with the selection for breakfast and the staff's service, from the reception to the kitchen, was amazing!
The pool had sun for only part of the day.

The breakfast buffet presented many options, including international cuisines and local specialties. Fresh fruit, pastries, hot dishes, and made-to-order omelets were available, therefore guests had plenty of tasty selections daily.
